Our Process

Free Estimate
We visit your property, measure the area, and talk through what you want the finished surface to do. You get a detailed written quote with no obligation and no pressure to sign.

Site Preparation
We break out the old slab, haul it away, then excavate and compact a stable sub base. Proper base work is what keeps concrete from settling, sinking, or cracking years down the road.

Concrete Installation
We form the area, set reinforcement, and pour a mix rated for Florida heat and heavy summer rain. Then we finish the surface by hand and cut control joints so the slab cracks where we want it to, not where it wants to.

Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished project with you and check every edge, joint, and drainage slope against our standard. We also explain curing times so you know exactly when you can walk on the surface and when you can park on it.
